We had to call from our cellphone again for more clean towels & for them to throw our trash. They take it back & tell us IT will have to work on it. Someone knocks at our door with a new remote, that one doesn’t work neither. I called back & was told they will put in an IT ticket. Tried that & discovered the menu, order & guide button didn’t work on the remote. I called the hotel from my cell phone & was told to scan the QR code from the tv & order that way. We wanted to order room service (that’s when we discovered the phone wasn’t working) no menu in the rooms, nothing. There was trash left on the floor from the previous person/s. We get our keys, go up to our room, 1 of the 2 keys works. We waited in line over an hour to check in, due to a system outage.
